Morning all,
Two brilliant challenges at the same time addressed today.
My first inspiration is from Just us Girls with their colour scheme of Kraft, Orchid and White which I found really daunting. I found I had to get just the right amount of each colour to create harmony (to my eye.)
Here is their colours...
The other challenge is from Feeling Sketchy (#90) and here is the sketch...
Combining the two, I came up with this card, which I hope meets all the criteria...
Cheers,

Feeling Sketchy #88
Hi blogees,
Deadline for Feeling Sketchy #88 is today so I am "last minuting" this entry.
Here is the sketch and my card which is done by cutting apertures either side of the main panel to create latticework. I used 3 postcards with birds and wire images to slot in behind the lattice. I layered border punched patterned paper flower hedge and overlaid that with matching brown "fence" and matted "surprise" sentiment. Final touch is a metal bird charm and coordinating brad.
Hope you like it.
Keep up the great sketches. They keep me sane!

Cartoon Card Binge
G'day once again and wow! I have been on a bit of a crafty binge lately what with the cooler weather starting to close in on Brisbane.
I've had a bit of a penchant for making cartoon toppers for my latest cards, so I thought I'd share them with you.
I really hope you like them.
If you do, I'll stick them up on dingoswildgreetingcards.com and you can order one.
Now, get under the doona (or for those of you who are "up-over" get into your warm weather gear) and enjoy your weekend!
