Hi all,
A new card from me which I will enter into the Cas(e) This Sketch challenge #102 which is this sketch:
I wanted to get away from all things girly and it just so happens to be my brother's birthday on the 17th so I came up with this one:
It's not the greatest one I've ever done, but heck who gets it perfect ALL the time, right?
Have a good one...

Life To The Fullest
G'day from the dingo.
I have a card here that I would like to enter into a couple of challenges today and it's a bit of an unusual one.
I have made it to the sketch in the Fusion Card Challenge which looks like this...
I have used the colours from the Just Add Ink Colour Combo #243
and taken the unusual sentiment on board from Perfectly Rustics.
I was also inspired by the Santa's suit, hat or image theme at Cards in Envy.
Phew! Here is the card...
The image is my own and the paper, ho ho ho's and wasabi coloured brads are from my stash.
It certainly stands out. Catch you next card...

Xmas Punch
Hello again.
Looks like I'm back on a roll with this card making caper, because I have another card which I would like to enter into two challenges, the first of which is JUGS "Anything Goes" and the other is The Male Room's "Masculine Ribbon".
Here is my card which is inspired by a technique I learned from Feeling Sketchy's Louise Beeren's Washi Tape Tutorial.
I chose the tartan masculine ribbon first and then built up around it using Kaiser Kraft rubber stamp sentiment and various red ribbon offcuts I had in my stash.
The tartan ribbon is tied horizontally with some thin black elastic which I like texturally and the whole thing is mounted on some beautiful red card stock I found (it was the last piece!)
Let's hope it gets an honourable mention in honour of those who have inspired me.
See you next time...

Hi Blog fans.
My card for today is to enter the Clean and Simple Challenge which is sketch #314 (how good is this one?) and Shopping our Stash's "Free is Good" theme.
What a beaut design open to all sorts of interpretation.
This is my take on it:
The bow is from a box of praline chocolates I received from a grateful Gumtree customer so was definitely a welcome freebie. The ribbon from that bow I will use on future projects (waste not, want not.)
Cheers for now...

A Charming Xmas
Hello blogland,
Today's card from me is my "Charming Pink Xmas" Card which I am entering into the Feeling Sketchy Challenge number 108.
I was intrigued by the circular swirl that seems to disappear and then reappear through the layers. A very clean and clever design and because I am sooo tired of red and green at Xmas, I have gone with a pretty pink twist and added silver angel and snowflake charms. It looks better in real life as I don't have a proper camera.
I hope you all enjoy the lead up to the big day and keep on crafting on!

Koala Christmas
Hi all,
I'm entering the card below into Mojo Monday's Sketch Challenge Number 373 which looks like this:
It was a real challenge scaling everything to fit the requirements and I may have gone a little overboard with the 3d effect, but I think it's kind of cute anyway.
Have a great day everyone..

Wheelie Great!
G'Day...
Well, it's nearly Melbourne Cup and I am already over it, so I was pleased to be doing something today that does not require any equine involvement.
I made a very simple card and would like to enter it into a few challenges.
Now, I know you may be going to say "oh boy, this is not new and exciting" and normally I would totally agree, but it was really a lot of fun to make and that's what counts isn't it?
Haven't been hitting my straps (so to speak) lately after hearing both my brother and uncle both have prostrate cancer. I hope at least this card will cheer one of them up (their birthdays are very soon.)
I would like for this to be entered into the following challenges:
just-add-ink.blogspot.com.au Just add a sketch
colourq.blogspot.com Black, white, purple, green, tangerine
shoppingourstash.blogspot.com.au "Rollin"
Please have a happy day and I'll catch you all soon...
Love and hugs
